Hello my name is George Hansel, I am 24 years old. I have a ten years experience of being a cook on a land. I have been working in many restaurants in Odessa, and also in Portugal. On 05.2016 I have graduated from Odessa’s Higher Professional School of Trade and Food Technologies with 4th-category of confectioner chefs. After that I have graduated from Odessa’s National Academy of Food Technologies for Health Nutrition on 07,2019. I know various diets that will help sailors in case of complications or illness. . I’m good in the Mediterranean cuisine and in all types of work associated with the hot process and the cold process, and I also know how to work with bakery and confectionery products.
