Dear Gentlemen, I would like to learn about employment opportunities in the maritime for beginner officers as I recently finished all formalities and paperwork and now keep basic stack of Certificates of Competency and STCW'78 Certificates required for 3rd Officer. I also have two biometric travel passports.
