Certified Chief Officer with valid documents. Possessing over 40 months of experience as Officer of the Watch (OOW), including more than 26 months as a 2nd Officer. Worked in mixed-nationality crews on oil/chemical tankers ranging from 7,000 to 18,000 DWT. My last vessels were equipped with FRAMO cargo systems, but I also have experience with MarFlex cargo systems. Experienced in the transportation of clean petroleum products and sunflower seed oil, and ready to handle a wider variety of cargoes. Motivated, enthusiastic, with advanced English proficiency. I am a fast learner and open to new experiences. Seeking only the position of Chief Officer. Currently residing in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.
