I am chief engineer and i have diploma of Honduras(3000KW and more). I have 10 years old experience of ofshore.I have experionce of work on AHTS, tug boat,supply vessel,crew boat, multicats, surveyor vessel and etc.
Also i have 2nd engineer diploma of Georgia (up to 3000 kw)
