I wish to obtain position of 2-3 Deck Officer. Only highly qualified specialists can work in the Company of high standards. I am a 2-nd Officer with excellent experience. I have Navigator license, all necessary certificates. My style is continuous improvement. I've been working oil tanker and general cargo ships during last 4 years. I have valid Panama papers. I can provide certificates and references upon request. That’s why I attend many courses in my own time. I’m not afraid of difficulties and always doing my job to get the best result.
