1. Freshwater Generators (Alfa Laval, Sondex, Sasakura) - Experience working with plate and tube-type freshwater generators. Performed overhauls and chemical cleanings. 2. Boilers (Kangrim, Aalborg) - Conducted regular water treatment and boiler water analysis using Unitor and Drew Marin chemicals and test kits. Also performed water cleaning of boiler gas sides. Experienced in the repair and maintenance of level gauge glasses , valves, and boiler gas piping, and conducted five-year boiler inspections. 3. Burner (Weishaupt) - Regularly maintained Monarch-type burners, including cleaning of nozzles, flame detectors, filters, and diffusers. Performed repairs of fuel pumps and seal replacements. Conducted semi-annual and annual inspections according to technical regulations. Experienced in maintaining rotary cup burners. 4. Sewage Treatment Plant - Regular sampling and analysis of sewage water, chamber cleaning, and routine plant maintenance. Experienced in complete plant overhauls, including maintenance of pumps, air compressors, and valves, as well as semi-annual and annual inspections. 5. Air Compressors (Sauer, Atlas Copco, Hatlapa) - Performed regular maintenance, alarm system checks, partial and complete overhauls. 6. Purifiers (Alfa Laval, Westfalia, Mitsubishi) - Performed regular maintenance and participated in comprehensive overhauls. 7. Diesel Generators (MAN, Daihatsu) - Experience with models MAN 6L28 (1150 KW) and Daihatsu DC-32 (2750 KW). Participated in complete overhauls for MAN engines, including overhauls and replacements of injectors, high-pressure fuel pumps, and cylinder heads. Conducted valve clearance measurements, injector checks, engine performance monitoring, crankshaft deflection measurements and oil analysis. 8. Main Engines (MAN) - Experience with models MAN B&W 12K 98MC-C (68,520 KW) and MAN B&W 7S 70MC MK6 (19,670 KW). Participated in overhauls and replacements of injectors, fuel pumps, stuffing boxes, pistons, and cylinder heads. Conducted maintenance including crankshaft deflection measurements, inspections of crankshafts, camshafts, scavenge air receiver inspections, pistons and ring inspections, liners inspections and engine performance monitoring.
