I am interested in job opportunities on board of tankers and/or offshore vessels. For your info: I am holder of Master Unlimited CoC and DPO offshore limited ticket. I'd being working as Master and as Master/SDPO on chem/oil and DP shuttle tankers for last years and has a lot of experience with STS, different kind of DP opn's, preparation and successful passing of SIRE, Class, PSC, Flag state, MLC (all inspections under my supervision were passed with 1-2 minor remarks only) and external/internal audits, has dry docking experience. In addition, vessel under my command gained "Best vessel in the fleet" award in Apr'2016. Generally, my duties on board were as follows: Overall Command and control of vessel as Master; Operating of Dynamic Positioning and Tracking System, total DP Hours ~2000+; Communication and arrangements of safe cargo opn's between Oilfield control centre, offshore customer vessels/installations and our vessel; Lookout, maneuvering ship during berthing, un-berthing, STS positioning and emergency; Management knowledge of GMDSS (General Operator), Radar, ARPA, and other controls on the bridge and bridge equipment’s; Controlling of Carrying out Safety and Security measures as a Safety Officer, and Security Officer on the management level; Controlling of proper performing of PMS by Departments on the Management level; Running the Office documentation, correspondence etc. My English is almost perfect (MARLINS - 97%).
