I am fully qualified deck officer of Merchant Marine from Russia (St. Petersburg). I've several years of experience in commercial shipping onboard oil/chemical (oil products) tankers. Now I decided to change shipmanager/crewing company to maximize my working performance. Seagoing experience have taught me how to work as part of a multinational team delivering high standards of professionalism thought to safely navigate and maintain vessels to the highest standards. I have all Certificates of Watch Officer, last position - 2nd officer onboard oil/chemical tanker of 15000 DWT. On vacations I've been working as professor in STCW Training Center of Siberian State University of Water Transport for 5 years, that's why I have experience in teaching students. (I got postgraduate course of that University). I have high level of English language & speak a little French also. There is mixed crew experience.
