Position’s skills: -Conducting of AH/ Rig moves ops. On Deep Water ( over 1000 mtr) - conducting Deep-Sea Towage -SDPO responsibility -Winch operator skills -Highly skilled of manually maneuvering of vessel -Power generation and propulsion system control -Stability control of the vessel -Training of OOW regarding the operational limits for position deviation -Conducting a tanker lifting operation -Experience in Oil spill recovery operation in which were involved vessels, choppers installations and shore base. communication between all these parts -Loading/ discharging cargo ops.from the tanks/ bulk and control for deck cargo ops. at offshore -DD experience -Safety officer responsibility (issue JSA;PTW; conducting TBT meetings; weekly drill training and ---safety meetings; supervision of deck and bridge teams) -Security officer responsibility
