Ability to work: machined metal, processing and welding machines. Full understanding of SOLAS, ISPS, National and other Flag State Regulation requirements so that the vessel is managed to ensure compliance is achieved, maintained and recorded. Conversant with HSE practices common to the industry and the company. Full understanding of applications of the HSE Management System: PTW and Energy Isolation procedures, working at Height and Confined Space Entry, Hot Work and other special works. Able to plan the activity for daily works for engine room crew, inventory, and purchasing of spare parts, preparation of works for dry-dock, operational integrity, preventive and breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, PMS.
