My name is Sergei Zarezin I’m Master on seagoing vessels. For the last eight years I have been working in capacity of Master and Chief Officer on-board of seagoing vessels and offshore vessel and have seagoing experience of more than nineteen years total. I have a wide knowledge and experience in Safety and Security (ISM & ISPS code) besides SOLAS and MARPOL. Carried out annual review of Safety, Security, and other Companies manuals. Performed safety and security drills with crew on-board independently and in cooperation with office managers of the company.  Issued and review of risk assessments, work permits and toolboxes.     Have an experience of towing and handling of different types of barges and other vessels.                                      I have DP Basic certificate.
