Dear Sirs/Madams !!! I am interested in applying for the position of Chief Engineer at modern Oil/Product/Chemical (Asphalt-Bitumen)Tankers with DWT 4000 -12000 tons. (with power plant >3000 kW … < 6500 kW) with contract = 8 weeks (2 months) ON / 8 weeks (2 months) OFF. (maximum 3 months ON / OFF ). It can be discussed As you will see from my CV and others documents , I have been working in the same position as a Chief Engineer total about last 11 years at modern chemical/oil & bitumen tankers (with “Framo” or “Marflex” Cargo system) with experience of Main and Auxiliary Engines as Wartsila , MaK, MAN, Hanshin,Volvo … at the different EU Companies with the sailing area at West Europe-North Europe, Mediterranean Sea & Atlantic Ocean . I also have a valid Dutch documents, such as: CoC Ch.Eng & Seaman”s Book since more than 10 years worked in a several Dutch companies and mixed crews. I think it is a really a good and a new challenge for me to permanent work in a good company as yours and to try together make your Company more and more stronger on the present tanker fleet market . I am eager to apply my education, skills and all my experience! Total experience 33 years at sea, of which about 7 years of service in the Navy, 26 years on the Merchant Fleet and last 14 years in the rank of Chief Engineer.
